Yes, and many teams do exactly that: design in Figma, then import into Framer (its Figma plugin copies layers over) and publish. That workflow is often the honest answer to this comparison.

›Is Figma Sites ready to replace Framer?

Not yet. Sites launched at Config 2025 and remains beta — hosting works, but the CMS, SEO tooling and analytics are far behind Framer's mature stack. Revisit once Sites is GA; today, Framer is the safer publish button.
