Barely, for teams: accounts created after November 2025 are capped at 2 users on the free Personal plan (older accounts keep 10 seats). Trello's free plan allows 10 collaborators and 10 boards per workspace.
›Can Trello do Gantt charts or dependencies?
Not natively. Premium ($10/user/mo) adds a Timeline view, but true dependency-driven Gantt charts and resource management don't exist at any Trello tier — that's Asana territory.
›Which one has better AI?
Asana is ahead: AI Studio lets you build agent workflows with credits bundled into paid plans, and AI Teammates launched in 2025. Trello's 2025 relaunch added AI-powered capture (Inbox parses forwarded emails and Slack messages), which is handy but narrower.
›Are they interchangeable for a growing team?
